Without C.J. McCollum, Jusuf Nurkic, Zach Collins, and Derrick Jones Jr., the Portland Trail Blazers came into Saturday's game hobbled and shorthanded.

But, in the end, it was Damian Lillard who lifted them to the 123-122 victory, nailing an insane game-winning three at the buzzer against the Chicago Bulls.

Lillard finished with 44 points on the night, helping secure the Blazers' tenth victory of the season. On Twitter, fans and players went crazy with hype, praising the Portland star for an incredible performance and clowning the Bulls for blowing a game they had in the bag.

For those that are familiar with Lillard, it's not the first time he has stepped up in the clutch. Countless times, against many different opponents, the guy has stepped up to deliver his team the win.

This season was supposed to be an easier ride for Lillard and his Blazers, but injuries have changed the situation.

Regardless, so long as the Trail Blazers have their star point guard, they'll always be a force in the NBA.
