The Los Angeles Lakers lost to the Denver Nuggets in Game 3, with the contest finishing 119-108. They are now down 3-0 in their series, and there have been no teams that have managed to come back from such a deficit.

After the game, the Twitter page Legion Hoops asked fans how much of a percentage change they would give the Los Angeles Lakers to come back in this series. One fan simply stated that the series is “over”.

It’s over lmao

Another fan stated that with Darvin Ham as head coach, the chance of that was zero.

One commenter put his faith in LeBron James, stating that if anyone can do it, it’s the superstar.

If anyone can get it done it’s LeBron 🐐

Some joked that if they could go into the negative percentages, they would.

One person posted a meme of a person sweeping, suggesting that the Lakers are done in the series.

There were some that were overly optimistic, with one account guaranteeing a 100% chance of a comeback.

A Twitter noted that it would be an interesting debate if LeBron James was in his prime but added that they’re not coming back this time around.

If it was prime lebron it would make it interesting but they are not coming back

Even if the Los Angeles Lakers end up losing this year, they have nothing to be ashamed of. At one point, they were the 13th seed, and they have managed to make it all the way to the Western Conference Finals.

Of course, a 3-0 comeback is not absolutely impossible. However, winning four games in a row is very hard, especially with multiple away games. It is hard to see the Lakers make a comeback, but perhaps they can surprise us.
