Courteney Cox

Michael Jordan was one of the most iconic celebrities in the world during the 90s when he dominated the NBA with the Chicago Bulls, winning six championships in eight years. His Airness did everything on the court to take his team to the top of the world, becoming one of the most famous people on earth in the process.

Just like Dennis Rodman, Jordan could brag about the people he related with during those years, including actresses, models, stars from other sports, and more. An old picture of Jordan having dinner with another global star in the 90s recently resurfaced, showing the impact the man had on everybody who knew him.

Back in 2020, Courteney Cox shared a throwback pic of herself having dinner with MJ in 1995, with the Friends actress looking very interested in the Chicago Bulls legend. It seemed like Cox couldn’t take her eyes away from MJ, and was having a really good time with the former player.

After Jordan spoke in Kobe Bryant’s memorial service in February 2020, Courteney decided to remember her time with His Airness, sharing two pics on Instagram with an interesting caption.

25 years ago, I had the pleasure of sitting next to the legendary Michael Jordan. I remember him being so affable and funny and kind. This week, as I watched his moving tribute to another legend, Kobe Bryant, I wanted to thank Michael for sharing his stories about his little brother… they were so intimate and loving. I send my love to Vanessa and her family, as well as all the families who were affected by this horrible, horrible tragedy.

Cox was visibly delighted to be with Jordan in the pictures and to be fair, we can’t blame her. NBA players often get that kind of attention from females, but this time, we are talking about one of the biggest celebrities in the 90s in awe of Jordan’s presence.

In the past, we’ve seen Halle Berry shooting her shot at Kobe Bryant during a Lakers game, so we know that actresses have a soft spot for basketball megastars. We all know Jordan had some talent with women and perhaps he was showing it while talking with Courteney.

These pictures always bring something new to light. This time, we learned that a Friends actress had a good evening having dinner with the GOAT, acting like the rest of us would have acted if he saw MJ in flesh and bone.
