Andre Iguodala is a true NBA veteran at this point. The 2015 Finals MVP is on the Golden State Warriors but has a very minimal role on the court. He is the guiding voice for many of the young voices in the locker room and the perfect mediator for the top stars in Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, and Draymond Green.
Iguodala will soon transition from being a player into retirement. It will be very sad to see him go, but he does have a family to spend time with after years of having ad demanding NBA career. Iguodala's son, Andre Iguodala II went viral in 2016 after he made a handmade NBA Championship trophy for his dad after the Cavaliers came back from 3-1 to beat the Warriors.
Iguodala II turned 15 recently and his dad decided to share a picture of the two on Instagram. He probably wasn't ready for the world to be shocked at his 15-year old already being as tall as him.
As a result, people on Twitter and Instagram are currently having a hard time coming to grips with this 15-year old looking taller than his 6'5 father. This led to some hilarious reactions.
In 2015, former NBA star Evan Turner said that he believes Igyy's son would beat Bronny James in a one-on-one. While Bronny is a four-star recruit, not much is known about Iggy's son, who lives a quiet life on social media.
Iguodala once shared a story about the reason he re-signed with the Warriors in 2017 was that he pranked his son by telling him he was leaving and his son started crying. He stayed loyal to the Warriors for his son, and despite being traded away in 2019, is back on the roster.
