It’s fair to say Dennis Rodman had a blast at the NBA’s top 75 celebration, where he was invited as one of the best 75 players of all time. The greatest rebounder of all time had a lot of fun after making a surprise appearance. He reunited with Michael Jordan and had the chance to crash some pictures at the same time.
It was in one of these pictures that Dennis teased his collab with the clothing brand ‘Vlone.’ Dennis took off his commemorative jacket and kept a hoodie that showed his face with ‘Vlone’ written above his head.
Although many fans criticized him for removing his jacket, Rodman knew very well was he was doing. His collab with Vlone dropped on Feb. 25, as he announced on Instagram.
Moreover, the Rodman Brand posted an epic pic, too, showing the time where Dennis wore the Vlone hoodie at the top 75 ceremony, writing an incredible caption to celebrate the 5x NBA champion.
“NBA LEGENDS BUT ONLY ONE STANDS OUT IN HIS VLONE,” the brand wrote.
He used the biggest platform he could find to advertise his collab and we can’t blame him. Only by having the name of Dennis Rodman, people will buy the clothes, but he made sure to reach more potential customers.
Vlone was founded by members of hip hop group A$AP MOB, A$AP Rocky and A$AP Bari. According to ‘Logo my way,’ the Vlone brand lives by the mantra “you live alone and die alone.”
They found a good partner in Rodman and he took the most advantage of this opportunity. The Detroit Pistons and Chicago Bulls legend knows how to capitalize on his image and this was the perfect example of that. Rodman won’t care about what people say, he just thinks about his business and that’s it.
