Jayson Tatum Viciously Blocks His Son's Shot At A Basketball Camp: "Deuce Watches How Far Ball Goes"

Boston Celtics forward Jayson Tatum is winning hearts on the court with every game that he plays. While the 2022 NBA Finals weren't Tatum's best showing, his performances through the playoffs have filled fans with confidence in his ability to be a bonafide star.

As Tatum's profile in the league grows, more and more people are becoming ingratiated with his son, Deuce. We first saw him take center stage during the bubble playoffs when Tatum brought his son with him to be in Orlando. Deuce is one of the most popular NBA children, and everyone loves getting a glimpse of him.

At a recent basketball camp, Deuce was on the court with Jayson as the kids watched on. Deuce took a mini basketball and tried to shoot it, but Tatum snuck up from behind his son and swatted the ball into the other part of the court. Brutal, but a lesson every kid needs to be taught in basketball.

Jayson Tatum is going to look to take the championship leap next season after the heartbreaking loss the Celtics faced in the 2022 NBA Finals. With his team looking to pair him with Kevin Durant, it looks like Boston is committing to building a championship-winning squad.

It will be interesting to see how Jaylen Brown will return to the team, if he does at all. He is the name that is rumored to get moved to Brooklyn for Durant. If he has to stay on the team, it will be an awkward situation that may disrupt the chemistry in the locker room.

Tatum will hope to perform as the two-way star he did this season and hopefully even contend for an MVP. All of that is contingent on a lot of external factors still, so it's going to be a big season for Tatum.
