Kevin Durant Reveals He Hasn’t Watched The New Spider-Man Movie: “I Haven’t Been Able To Get To The Theaters, I Don’t Know If It’s Safe.”

Kevin Durant is everywhere on the court, trying to help the Brooklyn Nets succeed this 2021/22 NBA season. So far, the player has done a terrific job, becoming one of the top candidates for the 2022 MVP award thanks to his incredible performances.

However, off the court, KD can’t be everywhere, as he recently revealed he’s yet to watch one of the most anticipated movies of the year. The two-time NBA MVP is taking care of everything to prevent entering the league’s health and safety protocols again, even if that means staying away from cinemas.

Durant made a big revelation in recent hours, stating he hasn’t watched the recently premiered Spider-Man: No Way Home movie, one of the biggest events of this year. A lot of people did everything they could to watch the movie before everybody else and avoid any spoilers, but not KD.

In fact, he hasn’t gotten closer to the theaters, claiming that he doesn’t know if that will be a safe environment amid the COVID-19 global pandemic.

“I haven’t been able to get to the theaters, I don’t know if it’s safe,” Durant said, according to Kristian Winfield of The New York Daily News.

KD is an avid fan of comics, as he revealed his favorite villain was Carnage while talking on the Eli Manning show.

An advantage that KD has is that he’s always hooping, so that could have helped him avoid spoilers. Then again, he likes to be on social media a lot, so it’s unclear if he caught one of those unintentionally. Well, KD is missing a terrific experience. If you haven’t yet, go watch that movie. You won’t regret it.
