Klay Thompson On Who Would Win A Game Of Basketball Between LeBron James And Bugs Bunny: “Bugs Has Been Doing It For A Lot Longer, Maybe Like 80 To 100 Years Now…”

LeBron Wire

With Space Jam 2 finally here, it has sparked some really interesting conversation.

Just a few hours ago, Golden State’s Klay Thompson (who also made an appearance in the film) was asked to pick between LeBron and Bugs Bunny. he provided some hilariously serious insight:

“LeBron is Mr. triple-double threat. He could do it on both sides of the ball. But Bugs Bunny has been doing it for a lot longer, maybe like 80 to 100 years now. LeBron’s only been doing it professionally since what, ’03?”

Leave it to Klay Thompson to give such an in-depth analysis of a scenario involving Bugs Bunny — and he’s right on the money, too.

While the original Space Jam movie only came out roughly 25 years ago, Bugs has been a character since 1940, meaning he’s about 81 years old.

Old age may (or may not) be a problem for Bugs, but he’ll definitely have a lot of experience. As for Bron, well, he’s hard for anyone to beat.

And as he watches the NBA Finals from home, he can enjoy the success of his life off the court, which now includes being the star of the world-famous Space Jam sequel.

It must truly be an extraordinary time for James.
