Kyle Kuzma has been the subject of many jokes during this postseason. Every time the Lakers have had a bad game, most people blame Kuz for not showing up and not helping his team when he’s expected to be the third-best player on the roster. More recently, some fans started a crazy petition saying Kyle shouldn’t get a ring if the Lakers win the title given how poorly he’s played throughout the playoffs.

That is the most recent joke of many that fans have made in the last couple of weeks. Kuz, though, isn’t bothered about him. Following Game 3 of the 2020 NBA Finals, the forward shut down the possibility of these comments affecting him, explaining that Twitter was made for jokes, so people were going to be there doing exactly that, joking.

“I honestly don’t care … I dyed my hair blonde this year, I don’t give a fuck. Twitter is for jokes. It really doesn’t affect me at all,” Kuzma said.

A petition went "viral" earlier today suggesting that he doesn't deserve a ring if the Lakers win a chip.

Kuz is one of the people that makes jokes on Twitter, too, so he knows how things work in social media. The young player had a good game on Sunday night, scoring 19 points for his team. Sadly, the Miami Heat was the better team and they got the 115-104 victory at the end of the night.
