Bet the Prop

Kyle Kuzma is ready to start a new season with the Washington Wizards after being traded to D.C. in the blockbuster move for Russell Westbrook. The young forward landed in the capital of the country along with Kentavious Caldwell-Pope and Montrezl Harrell.

It’s time for a new start for these three players, but Kuz seems to not get over the fact that the Lakers traded him in the offseason. The purple and gold are struggling to find their touch after an entertaining offseason that saw several players leave the squad.

They didn’t win a single game in the preseason and the Golden State Warriors extended their bad streak on Tuesday, beating them 121-114 in the season opener. Ever since Kuz left, the Lakers haven’t won a game.

When somebody noticed that and tweeted that the team was winless since they shipped the forward, Kuzma shared the tweet on his Instagram account, adding several laughing emojis.

The story is now deleted, but nothing goes unnoticed on the internet. Fans took screenshots of the story and shared them with the world.

Perhaps Kuz didn’t mean to offend anybody, but people tend to think he’s hurt and wants to see his former team fail. Well, he’s now part of a different franchise and the Lakers struggling are a good thing for the rest of the association.

Meanwhile, he’s getting ready to start a new chapter in his career. He had very good performances during the preseason, hoping to replicate that now, where games actually matter. Some said he needed a fresh start out of Los Angeles and Washington provides that.

He lands in a team with plenty of talent in the offensive end of the ball. Maybe this is a breakout year for Kuzma, but not everybody is convinced he can reach the next level.
