Malika Andrews and the crew of ESPN’s NBA Today are delightful to watch. Besides their takes and info on NBA-related matters, they are entertaining, becoming a good watch for fans around the NBA community.
Malika has become famous for going at it with her co-hosts, especially Jefferson. In the past, she trolled the former NBA champion when talking about JJ Redick’s NCAA record and also exchanged pies in the face with the former player. RJ has also gone after Andrews, and this back-and-forth doesn’t seem to have an ending.
All these things make them a terrific group of people, and if you add others like WNBA star Chiney Ogwumike and Kendrick Perkins to the equation, things are about to go down on this show.
Richard Jefferson’s Head Was The Subject Of A Big Joke By Malika Andrews And Chiney Ogwumike
That’s exactly what happened during a recent edition of NBA Today when Andrews and Ogwumike joined forces to prank Jefferson with the help of Perkins, who wasn’t present in the studio. As the show reached its end, Andrews and Ogwumike put hair products on Jefferson’s head while Perk told them it was all good.
As Malika said goodbye to the public, Jefferson grabbed her face and rubbed his against Andrews, leaving her hair and face full of this product. He tried to do the same with Chiney, but the WNBA star took off, effectively avoiding Jefferson’s attack.
Santa Perk sent Richard hair products and then THIS happened… 🤣🎄 (I turned on the jets!!) pic.twitter.com/ngQ6XcC4w8

These people are very entertaining and have earned some love and respect from fans. The way they address the game, how they troll each other, and even their guests.
Perkins has been the victim in these situations, too, as Malika once mercilessly roasted him on live TV with a burn that will take a while to go away. There are a variety of reasons why so many people like this show, and their hosts are right at the top.
