LeBron James and Michael Jordan squaring off against each other with proven matchwinners had NBA Fans in a bit of a tizzy.

Adding more excitement to the already existing Jordan vs. James debate was a face-off between the two players with more additions.

On one side, there was Magic Johnson, Kobe Bryant, Hakeem Olajuwon, and Tim Duncan in team James, and the other side had Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant, Dirk Nowitzki, and Shaquille O’Neal in team Jordan. This had fans debating which team would win it in a seven-game series.

Team James vs. Team Jordan: NBA Fans Feel Sides Are Evenly Matched

While one segment believed LeBron James and his side might emerge winners, some felt the combination of Curry and MJ would be more than a handful.

Earlier, Kevin Durant had listed some of the aforementioned names in his list of players who he would choose in his pickup game lineup. Moving on to the reactions:

You gotta look at the match ups.. can Steph guard Magic? No… and Magic will be able to guard Steph.. Kobe and Jordan cancel each other out.. Lebron will win the match up against KD. Duncan will play power forward against Dirk, and Dirk can’t guard Duncan. Hakeem and Shaq will be a good match up, Shaq will probably get the upper hand.. but the left still wins

Give me Kobe and 4 scrubs… I’m picking the Kobe side still

Left and it’s probably not close

Left…don’t get me wrong, everybody is going to get off…but Steph and Dirk are the biggest defensive liabilities out of everybody and they’re on the same team.

Right and it’s a sweep

No one can guard Jordan and Curry will run circles on Magic and get off threes whenever he wants and Shaq would out score Hakeem it’s not close

TWO pass first guys in magic and lbj. Right easily.

Right…. all 5 players would be able to get a clean shot off at any point of game

Tough question but 3s are worth more than 2s and Shaq balances the inside. I say right.

Going Left because Hakeem is number 1 rated center followed by Kareem. No stopping Kobe and LeBron prime and Magic running the show.

Given how stacked both sides are, it’s perhaps best to sit and enjoy the show, rather than root for the winner, but if you ask us, we’re going with the ones on the right.
