NBA Players React To Giannis Antetokounmpo-James Harden Beef

James Harden and Giannis Antetokounmpo are the hottest topic in the NBA right now, after The Beard decided to call out Giannis, claiming he was only good because of his size.

During an interview with ESPN, Harden finally responded to Giannis’ disses.

“When it’s all said and done, they will appreciate it more,” said Harden. “But I wish I could just run and be 7 feet and just dunk. Like that takes no skill at all (laughs).

“I had to actually learn how to play basketball and how to have skill, you know? I take that any day.”

Atlanta Hawks’ Trae Young and CJ McCollum of the Portland Trail Blazers have been two of the stars who reacted to these statements. Each player took things a different way, with Young revealing his love for this beef talk.

More beef…. just what the people wanted🤣🤣

McCollum, on the other hand, responded to a fan implying Harden was right about his take on Antetokounmpo, saying he wished he could just be 7 feet and able to dunk the ball all the time.

I ain’t rolling Giannis can do everything but shoot. Buddy has skills. If it were easy every 6’11 dude would be killing. Euro step, initiating the break, getting assists. Buddy putting up numbers and winning and started off 6’10- 180. He worked on his game

Giannis himself responded to these comments ahead of Milwaukee’s primetime matchup with the Oklahoma City Thunder on Friday night. Antetokounmpo sat down with ESPN to explain his side of the feud with Harden. The Bucks superstar denied a legitimate conflict with the Rockets star, emphasizing it is a matter of what they believe in.

"There's not back and forth. … At the end of the day, if that's what [James Harden] believes, that's what he believes."

Many are now looking forward to when the Bucks and Rockets play each other again, which will happen on March 25.
