20. Wilt Chamberlain – 62 Points (January 29, 1963)

The one and only Wilt Chamberlain scored 62 points on January 29, 1963, against the New York Knicks. The NBA legend shot 27-of-44 from the field and 8-of-17 from the free-throw line. 

Chamberlain finished with 62 points and 12 rebounds in 48 minutes. 

The San Francisco Warriors beat the Knicks by a final score of 123-103. 


19. Wilt Chamberlain – 62 Points (January 21, 1962)

Wilt Chamberlain scored 62 points on January 21, 1962, against the Syracuse Nationals. The Hall of Famer shot 25-of-42 from the field and 12-of-17 from the free-throw line. 

Chamberlain finished with 62 points and 23 rebounds in 53 minutes. 

The Philadelphia Warriors beat the Nationals by a final score of 139-132.

17. Wilt Chamberlain – 62 Points (January 14, 1962)

Wilt Chamberlain scored 62 points on January 14, 1962, against the Boston Celtics. The NBA icon shot 27-of-45 from the field and 8-of-11 from the free-throw line.

16. Joe Fulks – 63 Points (February 10, 1949)

Hall of Famer Joe Fulks scored 63 points on February 10, 1949, against the Indianapolis Jets. 

The forward shot 27-of-56 from the field and 9-of-14 from the free-throw line.

The Philadelphia Warriors beat the Jets by a final score of 108-87. 


15. Wilt Chamberlain – 63 Points (November 26, 1964)

Wilt Chamberlain scored 63 points on November 26, 1964, against the Philadelphia 76ers. The 13-time All-Star shot 27-of-58 from the field and 9-of-20 from the free-throw line. 

Chamberlain finished with 63 points and 32 rebounds in 48 minutes.

Wilt Chamberlain scored 63 points against the Los Angeles Lakers on December 14, 1962. The seven-time scoring champion shot 24-of-41 from the field and 15-of-20 from the free-throw line.

13. Rick Barry – 64 Points (March 26, 1974)

Rick Barry scored a career-high 64 points on March 26, 1974, against the Portland Trail Blazers. He shot 30-of-45 from the field and 4-of-5 from the free-throw line. 

Barry finished with 64 points, 10 rebounds, nine assists, and five steals in 43 minutes. 

The Warriors beat the Blazers by a final score of 143-120. 


12. Wilt Chamberlain – 65 Points (February 27, 1962)

Wilt Chamberlain scored 65 points on February 27, 1962, against the St. Louis Hawks. The four-time MVP shot 25-of-43 from the field and 15-of-20 from the free-throw line. 

Chamberlain finished with 65 points and 23 rebounds in 48 minutes.
