Dennis Schroder is a solid point guard who is currently playing for the Boston Celtics. Schroder is known for being a good scorer and perimeter defender. Currently, Schroder is averaging 14.6 PPG, 3.4 RPG, and 4.4 APG.

There is no doubt that Dennis Schroder could be a role player that could help a team during their playoffs run. The Boston Celtics were previously reported as wanting to trade Dennis Schroder if there was no incoming salary from the trade. The Celtics’ interest in trading him makes sense, as his contract will expire at the end of the season, which means that it’d be best for them to move him and try to get something in return.

It seems as though there’s some potential for a Dennis Schroder to move to the Chicago Bulls. Jake Fischer of Bleacher Report reported that there has been a potential “framework” for a trade regarding the point guard between the Celtics and the Bulls, with Troy Brown Jr. and a second-round pick going to the Celtics.

In other Celtics discussions, Boston continues searching for landing spots for point guard Dennis Schroder and wing Josh Richardson. A framework of Schroder to Chicago for Troy Brown Jr. and a second-round pick has circulated around the league.

The Chicago Bulls have dealt with injuries to both Alex Caruso and Lonzo Ball, and thus it is understandable that they’d be looking for a point guard. While Dennis Schroder isn’t exactly as good defensively as either guard, he’s still a pest on that end, and he could provide some supplementary scoring for the team.

There have been other teams that were rumored as being interested in Dennis Schroder, such as the Los Angeles Clippers. There’s no question that the Chicago Bulls will have some competition if they want to acquire Schroder. We’ll see if the deal mentioned does come to fruition for the Bulls, or whether they’ll have to look elsewhere for a point guard.
