LeBron James and the L.A. Lakers have a daunting task ahead of them. Without Avery Bradley and a lack of direction, they will have to win 4 out of the next 6 games if they want to keep their title hopes alive.

While panic is still relatively low, there are questions about whether or not the Lakers have what it takes to even advance past the Blazers this series. And if they don’t, former NBA star Paul Pierce said it could cost him his place in the GOAT debate.

Many fans don’t really know how to feel, but many agreed that losing in the first round would be a big hit for his legacy.

James is taking a lot of heat after his loss in Game 1. Despite his dominant performance, he will bear most of the blame if they are eliminated before reaching the Finals. Of course, it remains to be seen how his team will fare in the rest of the series.

But for a guy who is chasing the GOAT title, losing to the Blazers in the very first round just isn’t a good look. It’ll be up to him to avoid that outcome.
