Halloween is all about having some harmless fun, but Shaquille O’Neal shared a concerning video of two children being traumatized by a prank that went too far.

“Come on now.”

While the 51-year-old O’Neal did find this to be a bit funny, I certainly did not, as kids that young should not be subjected to pranks like this. It’d be fine to dress up as Freddy Krueger, Jason Voorhees, and Leatherface to scare older teenagers or adults, but not children.

The older child immediately fled, while the younger one was so distressed that it took him some time to even find his footing. Such incidents can easily lead to someone being scarred for life and it’s no laughing matter. If the parents of the children were actually involved in this, then they should be ashamed of themselves.

Fans Were Furious After Seeing The Video

It is safe to say that just like me, a lot of fans were not happy when they saw this video. They angrily reacted to it and blasted those involved in the prank.

One said this was child abuse, “Literal child abuse.”

A fan thinks the child is now traumatized for life, “That poor child is traumatized for life.”

A fan doesn’t like how children are being traumatized to get some likes on social media, “I don’t get people, traumatize a child and film it to post on social media for laughs and likes??”

One thinks this child needs therapy, “He’s going to need a lot of therapy…. Why would anyone do this to a child?”

A fan says the child needs to be taken away from his parents, “This child should be taken from the parents until such time they pass an intense parenting course to span over a few months. Pure evil to allow this!”

One said people underestimate how much of a negative impact this might have, “Some folks underestimate how much this can scar children that young. They don’t have enough understanding to process this.”

I can see some thinking this is an overreaction, but as the fan said, there isn’t enough understanding of just how damaging it can be. Sure, some children would be able to brush it off with time, but not all of them. Parents need to be informed about the big mistake they’re making when they either do or allow such pranks to be committed on their children.

Shaquille O’Neal Reacted To A Scary Prank Where People Fall In An Elevator

In this day and age, we have seen that people will go to any lengths, just to get some likes on social media. O’Neal often shares clips of such pranks, and some do really get out of hand. A great example of that was when O’Neal reacted to a scary prank where people fell in an elevator.

Unsuspecting individuals would get in an elevator and the floor would part after that, which would cause them to fall through it. They’d end up on a slide with some sticky liquid and have feathers thrown at them. While all the people were grown-ups and it isn’t exactly the most traumatic experience, they could have gotten hurt as none of them were expecting it in the slightest.
