Skip Bayless On Stephen Curry Breaking The All-Time 3-PT Record At Madison Square Garden: “It’s Where All The Greats Have Always Wanted To Be Their Greatest. Early Congrats, Steph.”

Stephen Curry is still on the verge to break Ray Allen’s all-time regular-season 3-point records, and everything points out he will tie and surpass the mark tonight, when he faces the New York Knicks at the most famous arena in the world, Madison Square Garden.

The Golden State Warriors superstar hasn’t been his best version in recent games, but that hasn’t stopped the Dubs from getting wins. He started the team’s road trip 10 3-pointers away from breaking Ray Allen’s record, and now only two separate Curry from making history.

After beating the Indiana Pacers on Monday night, Curry and the Warriors head to New York to face the weakened Knicks trying to shatter another record and sit atop of this incredible list.

Curry is about to make history and everybody is praising him for that, including Skip Bayless, who hasn’t been too kind to the player. The controversial analyst reacted after Steph failed to break the record in Indiana, congratulating him for reaching the milestone at the ‘Mecca of Basketball,’ the Madison Square Garden.

OK, it seems fitting that Steph will break the 3-point record tomorrow night at Madison Square Garden, the Mecca of Basketball. It’s where all the greats have always wanted to be their greatest. Early congrats, Steph.

Everybody is paying attention to this situation. Steph is the greatest shooter of all time, and breaking this record would confirm his status among the all-time greats. Once he started getting closer to the number, his shooting numbers decreased. Still, that has worked for the All-Star, who faces a big opportunity at MSG.

Being two 3-pointers away, one imagines Curry will reach the mark early on the game. It shouldn’t take long for him to break the record and surpass Allen, who has stated his desire to be in attendance when the moment happens.

The Dubs face the Knicks tonight at 7:30 PM ET, with Steph ready to make history and continue his dominance over the Knickerbockers at the Garden.
