Stephen A. Smith is one of the world’s most famous Knicks fans. Despite the team having been a disaster for the past few decades, Smith has remained loyal to the squad, often going on long and angry rants about their dysfunction.
But today, following the Knicks’ 9th starting aight win, he sang a different tune, celebrating the play of his team.

For those that have seen Stephen A.’s rants in the past, seeing him do a 180 like this is certainly different. Of course, in this case, the Knicks deserve it.
Despite having no A-list superstar, they have emerged as a playoff lock in the East, boasting a 34-27 record to stand at 4th in the Conference.
Julius Randle has put himself in the MVP conversation in his first season as an All-Star, averaging 23.9 points, 10.5 rebounds, and 6.1 assists per game on 46% shooting.
In the end, it is clear that the Knicks are finally building a winning culture for their franchise and, if they end this season on a high note, the team can become true title contenders.
For now, though, fans are just enjoying the ride, and Stephen A. is out there celebrating every victory.
