Stephen Curry Made A Big Promise To Warriors Fans In His Rookie Season Before Becoming A 4-Time NBA Champion: “Promise To All The Warriors Fans… We Will Figure This Thing Out…”

Stephen Curry is the undisputed greatest Golden State Warriors player of all time after dominating the NBA for the past eight years, taking his team to the NBA Finals six times over that period, winning four championships in the process. Curry became the greatest shooter of all time and one of the most influential players to set foot on an NBA court, too, marking an era for the Dubs and the NBA altogether.

The Chef just won the 2022 NBA championship after a big win over the Boston Celtics in the Finals, dominating Jayson Tatum, Jaylen Brown, and co. en route to his fourth championship and first Finals MVP award.

It’s been 13 years since he made his debut in the league, accomplishing big things and becoming one of the most successful players of this generation. When he entered the league, nobody thought Curry was going to be this great, but the player made sure to prove them wrong every season.

Stephen Curry Always Knew The Warriors Would Become Great

When nobody believed in him or the Warriors, Steph made a huge promise, saying that he would do everything in his power to turn things around and make that team a competitive squad. Curry took to Twitter and sent a big message to Dubs Nation, predicting how great they would be a couple of years later.

That season, the Warriors finished 13th in the standings, with a 26-56 record in the Western Conference. Things didn’t look that promising for them and their future star, but Curry kept working hard until he eventually became a star in the league, changing the way the game is played and making it clear he was going to be a problem for the rest of the competition.

Right now, he’s a 4-time NBA champion, 2-time NBA MVP, 1-time Finals MVP, 8-time All-Star, 2-time scoring champion, and more. Things really turned out to be great for the Warriors, and Steph played a big role in that.
