Udonis Haslem Trolled Camper Who Told Him He Played With His Dad In High School: “I Dunked On Your Dad”

Udonis Haslem is arguably the most respected player in the NBA right now. The Miami Heat legend has shown his loyalty to the team, and they have paid him with the same love, developing an incredible relationship over the years. Haslem is somebody who takes the Heat culture very seriously, even going at it with teammates to make his point, but that’s not his only side.

The big man also has a fun personality, which was very visible recently when he talked to a bunch of campers. As he greeted the attendees, somebody made a confession to Haslem, who took that chance to troll the kid and his father.

Somebody said UD had played with their father in high school, and while Haslem took that kindly, he instantly ‘trash-talked’ the kid, making a bold claim about what he did to their parent.

UD is always gonna be UD, even at Jr. HEAT camp…wait for it 🤣 pic.twitter.com/f1u17PjNJG

Camper: “My dad played against you in high school.”

Haslem: “Yeah? I dunked on your dad, probably.”

The veteran just laughed after saying that. It’d be interesting to see what this father would have to say about Haslem’s claims.

It’s good to see UD in good spirits after the heartbreaking Eastern Conference Finals loss to the Boston Celtics last season. The Heat are getting ready to face a new season where they’ll try to return to the NBA Finals for the first time since 2020. They’ve been linked with a move for Kevin Durant and Donovan Mitchell, but as things stand now, they’ll run it back with their current roster.

Udonis has been flirting with retirement in recent seasons, but the veteran doesn’t want to hang the boots just yet. Hopefully, his experience can help his team take that last step and make it to the big series again next year.
