It took Zion Williamson over half the season to make his NBA debut. And while nobody was sure what kind of player we’d get upon his return to action, he is doing well enough so far.

Last night, he joined special company as the one of only 3 players to put up 30+ points, 9 rebounds, and 5 assists as a teenager.

This record performance is indicative of how his play has been since he stepped foot on the basketball court last month.

Averaging 21 points, 7.7 rebounds, and 2.3 assists on 57% shooting, Williamson is quickly becoming a star in the league. He scores at great efficiency in many different ways, and his presence is already starting to have an impact on the Pelicans.

At just 19-years-old, he is really turning heads with his play. It will be interesting to see not only how his game develops, but how much better his team will do with him leading the way. With Zion, Lonzo, and Ingram, the sky is truly the limit.
