Fans Are Pissed After In-Game Video Shows Marcus Morris Stepping On Luka Doncic’s Recovering Ankle

1 Min Read

After Luka Doncic’s amazing Game 4 buzzer-beater, the Dallas Mavericks had all the momentum coming into today’s match. But without Kristaps Porzingis, and with the return of Paul George, the Clippers were just too much to handle for the short-handed Mavs, and L.A. now finds itself just a game away from the Western Conference Semi-Finals.

The internet was buzzing with reactions today, a lot which were crediting PG13 for breaking out of his slump.

One of the biggest stories of the night was an incident between Marcus Morris and Luka Doncic. In the video, it shows Morris stepping on Doncic’s recovering left ankle rather suspiciously.

It’s not clear from the video whether or not it was intentional, but many fans had already reached their verdict.

Luka seems to be okay, so that’s good news for the Mavericks.

As for Morris, let’s not jump to any conclusions based on the footage. But considering the Clippers’ reputation, it certainly doesn’t help their image.

Game 6 will be on Thursday, and it will be interesting to see how both teams respond.
