Michael Jordan is one of the most successful athletes in the history of sports after having a terrific career in the NBA, winning six titles with the Chicago Bulls, as well as other individual accolades and awards. Jordan is seen by a lot of people as the greatest basketball player of all time, but all his success didn’t happen overnight and didn’t come as easy as one would like to imagine.
He had to fight and overcome obstacles to be the icon he is right now. During his 2017 interview with Cigar Aficionado, His Airness talked explained how you have to push and push and overcome bad situations to achieve success in life and whatever you want to do.
“To win, you have to lose. To be successful, you got to have something that’s not successful. To be happy, you have to have disappointment. All of those things have evolved & happened to make me who I am.”

MJ knows that nothing comes easy and hard work is the only way to get the things you want. He showed that during his NBA career, pushing himself and his team to give their maximum and that brought him six NBA championships. That mindset made him the global icon he is right now and it’s something that everybody should know and implement in their lives.
He fought and fought to win his first title, getting swept in the postseason, losing against bigger rivals and more; all of that pushed him to try harder until he finally reached his goal. Real GOAT talk.
