Kendrick Perkins Is Impressed With The Warriors: “It’s Like The Warriors Are Rebuilding But Still Competing At The Same Time. It’s A Beautiful Thing To See!”

The Golden State Warriors currently have the best record in the league. In their first 14 games, the Dubs have lost just two games and have a record of 12-2. While most believed the Warriors to be one of the top contenders for the championship this season, only a select few expected them to win games this comfortably.

In their most recent fixture against the Brooklyn Nets, the Warriors once again flaunted their strength. It was never a close game as the Dubs won the matchup 117-99. The most surprising part was that it never felt like the team had even shifted into its top gear.

Their superstar Stephen Curry played just 29 minutes and let the young players be in the spotlight. As of now, no team can match the level of the Warriors. And it is quite surprising as the Warriors were struggling to even stay in playoffs contention last season.

It felt like the franchise’s days of glory were over, but that has not happened. NBA analyst Kendrick Perkins is thoroughly impressed with the organization this season as he tweeted about them on Twitter.

“I’ve never seen a team combine young talent with great older talent like this. It’s like the Warriors are rebuilding but still competing at the same time. It’s a beautiful thing to see! Carry on… #CULTURE”

As Perkins mentioned, GSW is using the younger and veteran players in a perfect way. The team is effortlessly winning games thanks to this strategy.

What’s scary is the fact that the Dubs have another gear left in them. Klay Thompson is yet to return to the roster and once he is back, it will further improve the team. It is true that the season is still in its initial stages, but winning these opening games is quite crucial for the morale of the team.

The only question is can the Golden State Warriors transition their regular-season success into the postseason. All things considered, there is no reason why they will not be able to do this.

Yes, there are many other good teams in the West. But they do not come near the Warriors’ level right now. Due to the rise of the Warriors, NBA analyst Stephen A. Smith has picked them to come out of the West. He simultaneously believes that LeBron James will never win another title in his career as well.
