Atlanta Hawks Take 3-1 Lead vs. Knicks, Fans Blast The New Yorkers’ Performance

1 Min Read

The Atlanta Hawks have taken a commanding 3-1 lead in their first-round series against the New York Knicks. The New Yorkers appeared to be focused on tying this matchup today, but their rivals were too much to bear.

Tom Thibodeau and co. fought in the first half of the game, but the Hawks took over in the second one, taking a big W while making the Knickerbockers look bad.

Now they’re 3-1 up and the Knicks are on the verge of losing this series. Naturally, NBA fans were quick to troll the New Yorkers, making fun of Julius Randle, mocking him for disappearing in the playoffs while reminding people that there’s a new sheriff in town and New York is now a Nets territory.

This 113-96 win leaves the Knicks in a very difficult position. They need to step up if they want to have a chance in this series. Unfortunately, the situation doesn’t look promising for them, and the Hawks can seal the deal this Wednesday when they return to the Madison Square Garden.
