LeBron James Is Already Having The Greatest 18th NBA Season We’ve Ever Seen

2 Min Read

LeBron James is 36 years old and he keeps making history in the association. The King is doing impressive things even though he’s been around for a while and it doesn’t seem like he will stop anytime soon. He’s trying to lead his Los Angeles Lakers to win the NBA championship for the second consecutive season and seeing the way he’s playing right now, that is highly likely to happen.

James isn’t backing down regardless of how hard the challenge will be this season for his team and his body. The player is ready to win his 5th NBA championship and as things stand right now, nobody can beat these Lakers. One NBA fan shared a graphic when you can see how great LeBron has been this season and truth be told, he’s still making history.

The superstar is having a great year, posting 25.0 points per game, 7.7 rebounds, 7.5 assists while shooting 49% from the field. Even though he’s scoring fewer points than last year, LBJ is still putting historical numbers and in 22 games, he’s having the greatest 18th season in the NBA.

He’s surpassing Karl Malone (20.6 PPG), Dirk Nowitzki (18.3 PPG) and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar (17.5 PPG) with a considerable margin. James can do anything on the court and this is another proof of that.

Back in December, he made it clear that he wasn’t another 18th-year player. He tries to remain ready to compete for most of the time and that has helped the Lakers be the great team they are right now.

“I train my body for whatever. I’m not your typical guy in his 18th season … I train my body for a marathon,” he said last year.

This man is ready to do whatever it takes to win and seeing his conditioning, his desire to win, the fact that he hasn’t missed a single game this campaign only confirms that.
