Metta World Peace isn’t afraid of speaking his mind. Just like he acted on the court, he is now acting off the court. Metta can give you a hot take any given day and be cool with that. Moreover, Metta recently named Wilt Chamberlain as the greatest player of all time over Kobe, MJ and LeBron.

When talking about the Lakers, he named one of his former teammates as one of the best centers in franchise history. Back in March, the 2010 NBA champion praised Andrew Bynum, calling him one of the ‘top centers’ in Lakers history.

Bynum was really helpful for the Lakers, he was one of the best centers in the league during his best years, but call him one of the best centers in franchise history is a little too much. This team that saw the likes of Wilt Chamberlain, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Shaquille O’Neal play for them and Bynum isn’t close to them.
Still, Metta sees his old teammates as one of the best centers in Lakers’ history and nobody can change that.
