Megan Thee Stallion and Klay Thompson are reportedly dating and have made it official to the public that the 30-year-old rapper and 35-year-old basketball star are now in a relationship. The couple were spotted on dates on a few occasions by paparazzi before they made their first official public appearance at the Pete & Thomas Foundational Gala in New York City.

Following the Gala, Megan Thee Stallion spoke to Page Six and addressed her relationship with the Mavericks’ star for the first time to the public.
“I have never dated somebody so kind,” she said. “This is my first relationship where I’ve ever been with somebody who’s genuinely a nice person, and he makes me genuinely happy.”
“I just never dated somebody like him before, and I’m just grateful that he’s here by my side and he feels the same way about me.”
Klay Thompson and Megan Thee Stallion essentially set the internet on fire when Thompson was first spotted in a picture behind her when they both reportedly went out for a vacation. Initially, the internet speculated that they could have met when they were on vacation, but there were no confirmed reports of them dating at the time.

However, a TikTok video and an Instagram post from the duo essentially confirmed to the public that they are now dating. Their fans took to social media, and while most of them expressed how happy they were for the couple, some were also skeptical about Megan’s comments.
