The Boston Celtics are currently down 2-0 to the Miami Heat, with the next two games being played in Miami. Few believe that they can still win this series after they dropped both games at home, but there is definitely a possibility that they will.

Star Jaylen Brown has recently explained what the Boston Celtics have to do to come back from this deficit against the Miami Heat. He pointed out that the team has to keep “fighting” and added that if the Heat could win two games on the road, the Celtics could do the same thing.

“We’ve just got to come out fighting and play basketball,” Jaylen Brown claimed, per Anthony Riccobono of ClutchPoints. “I think both of these two games [the Heat] have been able to come out on top, but who is to say we can’t come out on top in the next two games?

“We just got to come ready to play basketball. We can’t lose our confidence. It’s the first to four. It should make for a better story.”

There’s no doubt that the Boston Celtics have the talent to win this series. Jayson Tatum is a superstar, and Jaylen Brown just made the All-NBA team. They know they have enough to get out of this 0-2 hole, and Brown is clearly confident in their chances, even though he has struggled in the series.

In the playoffs, Jaylen Brown has averaged 23.9 PPG, 5.5 RPG, and 3.5 APG for the Boston Celtics. The team will need him to give even more to beat the Miami Heat, and we’ll see if he can rise up to the challenge.

Jayson Tatum Is Also Confident In The Celtics’ Chances

Jayson Tatum admitted that coming back from 2-0 down is “a challenge” but is seemingly confident in the team’s ability to come back, noting that he has “the utmost confidence” in his team.

“It’s tough, it’s a challenge,” Tatum said about being down 2-0. ” It’s no point being up here sad and sh*t. They came in and won two games. They played well you give them credit. But we’re not dead or anything, we got a great opportunity. I still have the utmost confidence, everybody has the utmost confidence. We just got to get ready for Game 3.”

We have seen teams come back from a 2-0 deficit before, and it is definitely not impossible. However, the task will still be tough for the Celtics, and they will need to play their best basketball to do so.
