The Boston Celtics won a big game on Thursday night, forcing a Game 7 against the Philadelphia 76ers, playing at a high level, never losing focus, and showing up in crunch time.

After the game was over, Jaylen Brown said some interesting things about his rivals. The player was asked about the dangerous Sixers’ pick-and-roll and the swingman admitted it’s hard to guard but also took a jab at Joel Embiid and James Harden for flopping.

“(The Sixers) are tough. Their pick-and-roll is hard, depending on how they’re officiated in the game. I thought they did a good job tonight by not letting some of those guys flop who are known to do that. They didn’t give them some of those plays, and they thought they were going to get ’em because they were at home, and the refs stayed solid,” Brown said (3:00 mark).

Flopping has become a big topic of discussion around the NBA in recent days. Steve Kerr accused the Los Angeles Lakers of doing this to get more free throws, which sparked a series of responses from some Lakers and Warriors agents.

Now, the story is the same between the Celtics and the 76ers. This has been one of the most entertaining series of the second round and we’re ready to see another big duel in Game 7.

Jayson Tatum showed up in Game 6, taking his team to get a big win while the Sixers struggled to make a field goal for most of the 4th quarter. Now, they need to go to Boston again and try to win a game to advance to the Eastern Conference Finals.

Jaylen Brown Called Out Celtics Fans Ahead Of Game 7

Hopefully, for Sixers Nation, they can emulate what they did in Game 5 and send fans home early. Jaylen Brown hasn’t forgotten about that and recently called them out for abandoning their team when the Sixers blew them out.

There are many storylines happening in this series, and Brown just added one more. This Game 7 will be great to watch, as these teams are ready to advance to the next round of the postseason.

If the Warriors force a Game 7, the Celtics and Sixers will play on Sunday at 8 pm ET. If they’re the only Game 7 that day, the duel will be played at 3.30 pm ET.
