Dennis Rodman’s son, DJ Rodman, will link up with Bronny James at USC. The son of the Chicago Bulls legend confirmed his move to the Trojans on Instagram.
“All these ups and downs, lefts and rights led me to Fight On,” DJ wrote on Instagram. This comes on the back of Bronny announcing that he would suit up for the Trojans earlier this week.
Rodman played four seasons with Washington State University. The official site describes his junior year:
“Played in 35 of 37 games on the year while starting two contests … averaged 4.2 points and 4.1 rebounds per game … led the team in scoring once netting his first 20+ point performance and first career double-double with 21 points to go with 10 rebounds against Northern Colorado Dec. 18.”
It further added: “He led the team in offensive rating at 118.6 (ranking 134th in the country) … third on the team on the offensive glass grabbing 8.8% of the o-rbd chances totaling 56 of his 144 rebounds.” In his four-year stint with the Cougars, the forward averaged 5.5 points and 4 rebounds per game.
Now, he gets a chance to play with Bronny, and only time will tell how the duo will fare playing alongside each other.
Bronny James And DJ Rodman Likely To Receive A Five-Star Center Boost In Aaron Bradshaw
If it all goes to plan, USC might have another star player in Aaron Bradshaw, who is rumored to link up with the Trojans.
Per a Yahoo! Sports report, Bradshaw, presently a Kentucky commit, is represented by Klutch Sports for NIL deals and is rumored to join the USC if Wildcats star center Oscar Tshiebwe elects to return for a fifth year. The report further added
“All of that talent will be in addition to returning starters Boogie Ellis, Kobe Johnson, and Joshua Morgan. Ellis led the team in scoring last season, while Morgan and Johnson both made the Pac-12 All-Defensive team.” USC will see no shortage of star power this season, that’s for sure.
