Anthony Davis has struggled to find consistency in the playoffs this season. In one game, he plays like the MVP of the league, and in another like a role player.
The Los Angeles Lakers legend turned analyst Shaquille O’Neal posted a hilarious image that perfectly described Davis. Shaq used two versions of himself in the graphic to get his message across.

O’Neal reposted the graphic on his official Instagram account. It showed the comparison of Davis in Game 1 and Game 2 of the series.
For reference, Davis had a 30-point double-double in Game 1 and followed it by just 11 points in Game 2. The Diesel believes it was similar to how he was during his Lakers stint as compared to his time with the Boston Celtics.
NBA analyst Jay Williams also called out Davis for his inconsistent performances. Williams claimed that AD has the ceiling of Nikola Jokic or Joel Embiid, but the floor of JaVale McGee.
Anthony Davis Clapped Back At His Haters After Game 3 Win
In Game 3 vs. the Golden State Warriors, Anthony Davis recorded 25 points, 13 rebounds, and 3 assists. He led the Lakers to a blowout 30-point win over the defending champions of the NBA.
Davis had a furious message for his haters following the Game 3 win. He explained he doesn’t pay attention to all the outside noise.
“Hell nah, I’m not on social media, and it’s been that way for about four months, Davis said. “I don’t know what anybody is saying. Most times, it’s just clickbait to draw ratings. I don’t give that s**t any attention.”
Letting the media get into his head is the last thing Anthony Davis needs right now. In order to avoid that, the 30-year-old simply stays off social media.
It has helped him focus on playing at an elite level, at least in alternate games in the playoffs.
