NBA stars are often in the news and it’s not always for the best reasons. But Luka Doncic has recently been getting some love from fans after doing something incredibly wholesome.

Luka Doncic was made aware of a fan who had tragically lost his hands and legs. And he reacted by meeting the young man, giving him gifts, and taking him to the All-Star Break. A video documenting all this went viral recently.

Chase, the young man, was informed by his schoolmates that he would attend the NBA All-Star Weekend with Luka Doncic. And he was touched by the announcement, saying, “This is just the most amazing moment of my life.”

He would then go on to meet Luka during All-Star Weekend, at which point he took off running out of excitement. He then got a signed jersey from Doncic, who also invited him to watch his practice and also go to the All-Star Game.

Chase had an inspiring message at the end of the whole experience, saying, “When I got sick, I lost my hands and my legs, but I never lost hope. This is the most amazing thing that has ever happened to me.”

Social media can often be a bit of a cesspool of negativity, so seeing something like this is nothing short of wonderful. Luka Doncic going out of his way to make this happen for Chase is pretty great, and many fans online thought so as well.
