As a GSW fan, well deserved. He had a great finals in 2016

2, 0 and 23 have to be in the rafters for sure

It’s great for the game

Completely the right call. The man means so much to the Cavaliers, he gave them so much for so many years.

Wow, unexpected but cool. I do admire how he stuck around for the rebuild.

They should he stuck around when lebron jumped ship

Deserved he is a legend

Yaaaaaaa well deserved!! Congrats K-Love!!!

Cleveland legend

There’s no doubt that Kevin Love deserves this honor from the Cleveland Cavaliers. Even after the Cavaliers stopped being a contending team with LeBron James’ departure, Kevin Love ended up sticking around and helping the Cavaliers get back to being a solid team.

Kevin Love Could Join The Miami Heat

There are a number of teams that are interested in acquiring Kevin Love after his buyout with the Cleveland Cavaliers, including the Los Angeles Lakers. However, it seems as though a frontrunner has emerged among them, with a recent report suggesting the Heat are in the lead for him.

The Miami Heat have emerged as leaders to sign five-time All-Star Kevin Love after he completes buyout with Cleveland, league sources tell @TheAthletic @Stadium. Interested teams believe Miami’s ability to offer a defined role and playoff positioning are leading factors.

It is easy to see why there are appeals to signing with the Heat for Kevin Love. The “defined role” mentioned in the report is definitely appealing for a veteran like Kevin Love, as he likely wants steady playing time.

There is no doubt that Kevin Love could find success with the Miami Heat. However, that can be said for other teams as well, and we’ll see where the veteran big man decides to sign in the future.
