Bojan Bogdanovic is one of the best role players in the league, with him being known for his elite 3PT shooting. He also has some ability to create his own shot, and that makes him a fantastic complementary player. This season, Bojan Bogdanovic has averaged 21.0 PPG, 3.6 RPG, and 2.4 APG.

Since the Detroit Pistons are a rebuilding team, it makes sense for them to move Bojan Bogdanovic prior to the trade deadline. It has already been revealed that the Los Angeles Lakers have submitted an offer for him, but the Pistons reportedly wanted more than what was offered.

Recently, Michael Scotto of HoopsHype claimed that Bojan Bogdanovic is also commanding interest from the Miami Heat, the Dallas Mavericks, and the Atlanta Hawks.

Bogdanovic’s strong play has led numerous playoff-caliber teams around the league to express interest in trading for him, including the Los Angeles Lakers, Miami Heat, Dallas Mavericks, and Atlanta Hawks, among several others, league sources told HoopsHype. Thus far, Detroit has been unwilling to engage in trade talks for the 33-year-old forward. Rival executives, however, are hopeful that stance changes closer to the deadline if Detroit continues to remain in the cellar of the East, with Cade Cunningham expected to miss the rest of the season.

There’s no doubt that Bojan Bogdanovic could help all three of these teams get better. His consistent shooting would improve those teams’ spacing. The Dallas Mavericks in particular are a team that could really use him, as the team desperately needs a good offensive player who can play well off Luka Doncic.

The Dallas Mavericks Could Make A Run At Draymond Green

The Dallas Mavericks are obviously a team that drastically needs to improve the roster around Luka Doncic. In fact, a previous report suggested that they would be willing to make a run at Draymond Green if the Golden State Warriors ever made him available.

If the Mavericks want to make a serious run at a title, adding more talent could be necessary. And according to sources who spoke with Sean Deveney of Heavy Sports, Golden State Warriors star Draymond Green could be a potential target.

“If the Warriors were to make Draymond available, the Mavs would be in the mix there,” a Western Conference executive told Deveney. “Again, tough to find a deal that would make sense for the Warriors, and any deal involving Draymond – they’re not shopping him now anyway – would probably involve multiple teams, but the Warriors and just about everybody would have interest in the young guys like Josh Green or [Jaden] Hardy.”

Since Draymond Green is a key part of the Golden State Warriors’ system, it is hard to see them trading him. However, it is clear that he’d command some trade interest if that were to happen.

Hopefully, we see the Dallas Mavericks figure out a way to make some more moves and build a better team so that they can become true contenders. Players like Luka Doncic don’t come around often and it is key that the franchise finds a way to maximize his talent.
