Canadian rapper Drake has made some headlines recently thanks to his ability to make money with online casino games, recording incredible celebrations after hitting on big numbers.

He’s ready for the 2022 NBA playoffs and already made a huge bet on the winner of the Western Conference. The Phoenix Suns look like favorites to come out of the West for the second consecutive season after posting their best record in franchise history, with other teams like the Memphis Grizzlies and Dallas Mavericks trying to surprise the Arizonian team.

However, for Drake, the winner of the West this campaign will be the Golden State Warriors. The Toronto Raptors global ambassador shared an Instagram story showing his best for the Western Conference playoffs, picking the Warriors as the conference champions this season.

The artist showed a screenshot of his bet, where he placed a CA$200K ($158K) bet on the Dubs coming out of the West.

Drake has enjoyed the betting life and he keeps doing this to have some fun in the postseason. The Warriors start their journey tonight against the defending MVP Nikola Jokic and his Denver Nuggets.

Even though Stephen Curry’s status is unknown ahead of Game 1, the Dubs are confident they can get the job done against the Serbian big man. Klay Thompson, Draymond Green, Jordan Poole, and co. will try to do their best job while Curry recovers from an injury.

After two terrible seasons, the Warriors have serious chances of going all the way. Klay Thompson is finally back, Steph played at a great level during the first part of the season, and Draymond keeps being Draymond.

They have a solid group of players that can compete against anybody, but anything can happen in the playoffs, where everybody is hungry.
