Michael Jordan made a ‘surprising’ appearance at the 2022 All-Star Game, where he and the other 74 greatest players of all time were supposed to gather to receive a big homage from the NBA. It was reported that he couldn’t attend the event since he was at the mythical Daytona 500.

He showed up at the last second, receiving the biggest ovation of the night from the fans that he terrified for many years, demonstrating how great he was and still is. In the process, he met some friends, including Magic Johnson. He greeted LeBron James, ignored Charles Barkley, and met former teammate Dennis Rodman.

Even though he and Dennis didn’t have the best relationship when they clashed on the court during his years together in Chicago, they grew to become friends, and Jordan proved that when asking Rodman to hang out during the top 75 NBA players ceremony.

“What up, boy?… Man, I can’t complain. When you gonna come and hang out with me? Come on, man, come hang out with me. You know I miss ya,” Jordan was heard saying.

This ceremony gave us a lot of memorable and wholesome moments. There were some controversies, too, but people focused more on the good things. Unfortunately, some players couldn’t make it to the event, including Scottie Pippen, who enjoyed the taste of victory with Jordan and Rodman from 1996 through 1998. Rumor has it that Pippen avoided facing Michael Jordan at the event, which is why he decided to skip it.

He could have completed an iconic picture with Dennis and Mike, but his recent comments about MJ and the way he threw away their friendship changed everything for him and His Airness.

Still, Rodman was there and he embraced Michael like the best of friends. That was a great moment to witness and we just hope that they link up again soon and fans can know how close they still are and how much fun they have together.
