LeBron James is someone that cannot be kept out of the headlines. Despite reaching an age that most players are already retired at, Bron is still one of the best players in the game and hasn’t given up his mantle as the face of the league either. His influence is massive, just his presence is enough to draw huge crowds, something that happened recently during a Drew League game.
The Drew League is a Pro-Am league that often hosts some NBA stars. Kobe Bryant and James Harden have both played in the past. This summer, it was LeBron James and DeMar DeRozan, and for basketball fans starved of the on-court action, it was the perfect situation. LeBron didn’t disappoint either, dropping 42 points in a narrow win for his team and making some truly incredible highlight plays.
However, it wasn’t just James that showed out. Despite facing multiple NBA players, the other team made it a close game and even had a chance to win at the buzzer. Dion Wright got noticed for his performance, and another clip from the game has now gone viral, with a player completely losing LeBron James with a smooth spin move.
Whoever just lost LeBron on this spin move will be telling this story for decades to come 🤣pic.twitter.com/ccMyOLKExv

Fans loved it, that player lived out what is a dream for many hoopers, and there was a general acknowledgment of how big the moment was for him.
“This guy will be telling this story to his great grand kids.”
“For the rest of my life, my resume would be a one page link to this highlight if I was him.”
“Oof, he cooked Bron, how many can say that?”
“This man is my hero.”
“Bro’s never gonna shut up about this one.”
“There’ll be no talking to this guy now that he done this to Bron.”
“Ong I would’ve walked off the court after this.”
“I would have a TV right by the front door with the clip of me scoring on him on a 24/7 loop.”
“Not the crowd gasping like that.”
“I would’ve immediately scheduled an interview with Taylor Rooks if I did this.”
“Giving the King that work, man.”
“Probably the greatest moment of this dude’s life.”
NBA players are so far ahead of normal people when it comes to basketball ability that this is a highly impressive move. Obviously, the Drew League players are hoopers too, and LeBron probably wasn’t going all out, but this will remain an amazing moment for the player that pulled it off to remember for the rest of his life.
