Chicago Sky star Angel Reese might have found a new boyfriend. Reese recently shared a picture of her vacationing during the WNBA Olympic break, and fans noticed that Detroit Pistons big man Jalen Duren appeared to be at the same location, based on his latest story on Instagram.

There have been rumors floating around for a while now that Reese and Duren are dating. The fact that they follow each other on Instagram, has only fueled speculation further.

Reese and Duren have not commented on these rumors at any point and have never been spotted together either. It could very well be that if they are indeed vacationing at the same location currently, it is just a coincidence and nothing more.

While it is unclear whether Reese and Duren are dating, what we do know is that she was previously in a relationship with college basketball player Cam’Ron Fletcher, who transferred to Xavier from Florida State earlier this year. She had confirmed they were dating just months after winning the national title with LSU in 2023.

The good times weren’t to last, though. During an Instagram Live session in March 2024, Reese stated she was single.

“Yeah, I’m single,” Reese said. “I don’t got no man. Don’t attach me to no man. That’s all I’mma say. That’s it… I put my energy into too many people that don’t deserve my energy. I do what’s best for me, that’s it. I’m the catch! Let’s not get it twisted.”

Reese also stated in that video that she was single but not ready to mingle, as she was focusing on her college career and herself. Her stance could very well have changed by now, though.

Whatever has been going on off the court certainly hasn’t had any negative impact on Reese’s play on the court. The 22-year-old has had a fabulous 2024 season, averaging 13.5 points, 11.9 rebounds, 1.8 assists, 1.4 steals, and 0.4 blocks per game for the Sky.

Reese, the seventh pick of the 2024 draft, set a new WNBA record for most consecutive double-doubles in a season with 15 and was named an All-Star as a rookie. She has led the Sky to a 10-14 record and would be eyeing a strong finish to the season, in order to make the playoffs.

As for Duren, he had a productive 2023-24 NBA season with the Detroit Pistons as well. While the Pistons finished with the worst record in the NBA at 14-68, the 20-year-old put up impressive averages of 13.8 points, 11.6 rebounds, 2.4 assists, 0.5 steals, and 0.8 blocks per game.

Interestingly, Reese and Duren are the second WNBA-NBA pair to have sparked speculation that they are in a relationship. A’ja Wilson and Bam Adebayo are also rumored to be dating and the two were spotted together in Las Vegas recently.
