Anthony Davis is one of the biggest figures within the Los Angeles Lakers organization and he proved that last season, helping LeBron James take this team to the promised land, playing great basketball, and demonstrating he’s one of the best players in the league.

Right now he’s sidelined and the Lakers will spend a couple of weeks without him but Davis has tried to stay close to his team, even coaching them in recent games. AD is getting ready to return to action and has kept in touch with his teammates, especially LeBron James. If there’s somebody who can advise the former New Orleans Pelicans star, that’s the King.

The Brow revealed that he’s always talking with James to try to get some of his knowledge to become successful both on and off the court.

“A couple of friends that I talk to. I talk to [LeBron] a lot. He’s very successful on and off the floor. So it’s a very, you know, reliable resource for me,” Davis said about James, via Lakers Daily.

The Lakers have struggled without Davis on the floor but they hope that the All-Star break can be beneficial for them. The 27-year-old will remain sidelined and his team needs to step up if they want to defend their 2020 NBA championship.
