Anthony Edwards has a lot of free time on his hands now, following the Minnesota Timberwolves’ exit from the playoffs. Recently, Edwards decided to spend some of that time playing a game, and while he was focusing on it, his girlfriend Jeanine Robel tried to annoy him by singing.

The video went viral and NBA fans hilariously reacted to it.

One said Edwards was definitely losing in that game.

A fan said Edwards was trying to beat the Dallas Mavericks by 120 points.

One felt Edwards was holding in his rage.

A fan thought Robel was stressing out Edwards.

One joked about feeling sorry for Edwards.

Based on how Edwards acted, there was a good chance he was losing in whatever game he played. I can say, personally, that I wouldn’t be too happy if someone were trying to annoy me like this in that situation, but Edwards seems somewhat used to this by now.

Anthony Edwards And Jeanine Robel

Edwards and Robel have been together for a fairly long time now, but it is unclear when exactly the two started dating. They went public with their relationship back in 2020 when Robel posted a picture of her and Edwards on Instagram.

“Together forever any problem you got I got it.”

The announcement did cause a bit of a stir, due to the age gap. Edwards was only 19 at the time while she was 26. The couple didn’t care too much about the outside noise, though, and their relationship appears to have gone from strength to strength since then.

Robel, who is a social media influencer, is often spotted sitting courtside at Timberwolves games as well. She went viral during these playoffs for wearing a T-shirt with a ‘hoes mad’ design during Game 6 between the Timberwolves and the Denver Nuggets.

While that series ended with Edwards sporting a huge smile on his face, the next one did not. The Timberwolves stunned the basketball world by beating the Nuggets in seven games but then lost in five to the Dallas Mavericks in the Western Conference Finals.

Edwards wasn’t quite at his best against the Mavericks but still averaged 24.6 points, 8.8 rebounds, 7.8 assists, 1.0 steals, and 0.4 blocks per game in the series. While the playoffs ended in disappointment, the 22-year-old did firmly establish himself as a superstar in the NBA.

Edwards is trying to enjoy his time off right now, but he will soon be shifting his attention to the 2024 Paris Olympics. He is part of that star-studded Team USA roster that is heading to France, and Robel might be coming along with him.

The couple welcomed their first child, a daughter whom they named Aislynn, in March this year and Edwards might not want to be away from her and his partner for too long. The two-time All-Star had left the game against the Sacramento Kings on March 1 at halftime for the birth of his child, so he clearly cares about them a lot.

While Aislynn is Edwards’ first child, Robel has a son named Krue Karter from her previous relationship with rapper Chief Keef. Krue appears to be a multi-sport athlete and Edwards could provide him with great guidance should he pursue a career in sports.
