The Phoenix Suns and Brooklyn Nets could face each other in the 2021 NBA Finals. After years of struggles, these teams are two of the best in the association, following a couple of interesting moves.

The Suns will start the Western Conference Finals this Sunday against the Los Angeles Clippers while the Nets are still working on getting there. In case both teams make it to the big series, we’ll see some exciting duels on the court, especially for former teammates.

On Friday night, somebody pointed out that we will see a duel of exes in the WCF before watching another one in the 2021 Finals. One NBA analyst pointed out that Chris Paul will face his former team in the Conference Finals and could see his former partner Blake Griffin in the championship series.

“cp3 vs the clippers and the winner could play blake griffin lmao wow wow wow,” Seerat Sohi of The Ringer wrote on Twitter.

Chris Paul and Blake Griffin, the “Lob City” Los Angeles Clippers leaders, created one of the most electrifying duos in the league during their days at the Staples Center. Unfortunately, things fell apart for everybody.

What started as a great partnership turned out to be a rift between CP3 and Griffin. Nobody has forgotten that, and Sohi made a very good point. Moreover, Paul could face DeAndre Jordan, who also played for that Clippers team. Besides these two, James Harden is also part of the Nets. As you may know, the Beard didn’t have the best relationship with Paul in Houston

At this moment, the Point God will focus on the Clippers and Paul George. Curiously, PG13 also had beef with CP3, making this series even more interesting to watch.

At this point is Chris Paul against the world. Still, the player is ready to face any challenge as soon as he leaves the league’s healthy and safe protocols.
