Clippers Coach Tyronn Lue Destroys Jared Dudley And His New Book: “A Book? Jared Dudley?… Who Cares?”

2 Min Read

Lakers forward Jared Dudley released a short mini-book detailing his experience with the Lakers and their 2020 Championship run.

One of the most interesting excerpts of the book includes a segment on the Clippers, in which Dudley smokes Paul George for putting himself on the same level as LeBron James and Anthony Davis. The story has caught a lot of attention online, making its way to a media press conference with Clippers coach Tyronn Lue himself.

In the middle of being asked about his thoughts on the book, Lue fired back with a rather short and harsh response…

It’s really no surprise that coach Lue responded so negatively. For a guy like Dudley, who has never been anything more than a role-player, to take a shot at a guy like Paul George really doesn’t sit well for a lot of folks.

Needless to say, the Clippers aren’t giving much stock to his book or whatever words it contains.

Looking at the bigger picture, it will be interesting to see how this whole thing affects the Clippers vs. Lakers “rivalry” (if you can call it that) going forward. With both teams being among the best in the West, a matchup in the postseason seems to be on the horizon.

That will be must-watch material for every fan.
