Canadian rapper Drake is adding another big house to his already-impressive list of assets. The Toronto Raptors ambassador recently became a Los Angeles resident following the purchase of an incredible house at Beverly Crest, a neighborhood in the Santa Monica Mountains.

Things have gone incredibly well for him and decided to purchase another house, this time in SoCal, where big friends like Giveon or Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James are located.

Boardroom shared the news on Instagram, revealing that the ‘Way 2 Sexy’ singer spent a lot of money in that house, which looks incredible.

Drake is now a Los Angeles resident after purchasing musician @robbiewilliams’ Beverly Crest home for approximately $50 to $85 million in an off-market deal.

Fans went crazy when they saw the pictures of the house, asking if Drake needed a roommate or something. The Canadian artist is enjoying the fruits of his hard work. After releasing his long-awaited ‘Certified Lover Boy’ album last year, Drake has enjoyed life, being spotted with NBA friends, having fun precisely in Los Angeles.

He threw a party last year, where LeBron James made an act of presence, going viral on social media. It seems like he won’t have to rent any house, as he’s set to host as many parties as possible in his brand new house.

Meanwhile, Drake’s favorite team, the Raptors, are trying to make the playoffs this season. Right now, they rank 7th in the Eastern Conference standings, but still close to the top 4 of the leaderboard.
