Draymond Green isn’t a guy who will get you 20 and 10 every night. In fact, this season, he’s seeing some of his lowest statistical marks ever, with a scoring average of 5 points per game on 34% shooting.

But for unimpressive as Green is on the state sheet, the impact he makes on the court is enormous. As a tone-setter and playmaker for the Warriors, it’s the little things he does for his squad that really helps make his mark.

In a chat with Drew Shiller, he expressed how fulfilling it is to do those things for his club.

No doubt, it’s those types of things that have helped the Warriors be so successful over the past few years.

This season, though, they might need a little more from him. Without Klay Thompson and Kevin Durant, the Dubs are having trouble keeping their head above the water. With a 12-10 record, they will have to fight if they want to keep their place in the top 8.
