Draymond Green On Kevin Durant: “No One In The World Can Stop Him…”

1 Min Read

Kevin Durant didn’t exactly leave on good terms with the Golden State Warriors. After three years of utter dominance, KD ditched the club in 2019 in favor of a partnership with Kyrie Irving in Brooklyn.

Still, despite the past, Draymond Green hasn’t lost any admiration for his ex-teammates’ game, citing how unstoppable he has been.

“Just how no one in the world can stop him. And even after playing tonight, I still don’t think anyone in the world can stop him,” Green said.

It’s pretty impressive what KD has been able to do coming off an Achilles tear. As the leader of the Nets, he’s averaging 29 points, 7.3 rebounds, and 5.3 assists per game on 52.4% shooting. On Saturday, against his former team, he scored 20 in a rather convincing victory.

Needless to say, Durant has been masterful this campaign, and it has not gone unnoticed. Besides the heavy praise from Draymond, he has emerged as an early candidate for MVP.

We’ll just have to wait and see for ourselves what else he’ll be able to do this season…
