This is one hell of a team. While Curry will have to carry the team’s perimeter scoring, they have two of the greatest mid-range scorers in history with MJ and Kobe, with two of the best paint finishers in history with LeBron and Shaq. This is one hell of a team that would be almost impossible to beat.
This All-Time Starting Five Has 23 Championships Among Them
Stephen Curry has averaged 24.6 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 6.5 assists per game for his career and won four championships along the way. He is the undisputed greatest shooter in league history and is a fantastic addition to this squad.
Michael Jordan is arguably the greatest player ever and averaged 30.1 points, 6.2 rebounds, 5.3 assists, and 2.3 steals per game for his career. No all-time starting five is complete without the six-time champion.
Kobe Bryant averaged 25.0 points, 5.2 rebounds, and 4.7 assists per game over his 20-year career and won five championships. Wade’s style heavily borrows from MJ and Kobe, so adding both to marshall the wings is a sound decision, though it could create spacing issues in a modern game.
LeBron James is the NBA’s all-time leading scorer and was teammates with Wade for two title wins. He’s averaged 27.2 points, 7.5 rebounds, and 7.3 assists per game so far in his career and is a four-time champion.
Shaquille O’Neal helped Wade bring home his first championships in 2006, Shaq’s fourth career title. He averaged 23.7 points, 10.9 rebounds, 2.5 assists, and 2,3 blocks per game over his career and is widely considered the most dominant center to ever step onto a court.
