  • A fan was asked to name where NBA players went to college
  • He incredibly got it right for even the likes of George Hill, Terence Davis, and Jeff Teague
  • NBA fans were in awe of the individual

You can easily name where Michael Jordan or Stephen Curry went to college, but what about the likes of Terence Davis, Jeff Teague, or Will Barton? Well, one fan correctly named where those three and 17 other NBA players went to college, and it was incredibly impressive.

De’Aaron Fox – Kentucky

Carmelo Anthony – Syracuse

James Harden – Arizona State

Paul George – Fresno State

Lonzo Ball – UCLA

Jalen Brunson – Villanova

Terry Rozier – Louisville

Robert Williams III – Texas A&M

Aaron Gordon – Arizona

Derrick Jones Jr. – UNLV

George Hill – IUPUI

Shake Milton – SMU

Will Barton – Memphis

Hassan Whiteside – Marshall

Taurean Prince – Baylor

Terence Davis – Ole Miss

Derrick Favors – Georgia Tech

Jeff Teague – Wake Forest

Kris Dunn – Providence

Larry Nance Jr. – Wyoming

The first few were relatively easy, as many would know that Carmelo Anthony, for example, went to Syracuse, where he won a national championship. By the time you get to Terry Rozier, though, it gets really tricky.

The fact that he nailed all of them was stunning, and for him to know that George Hill went to IUPUI boggles my mind. His basketball knowledge is really quite impressive, and I’d say he deserved a lot more than $20 for getting them all right.

For those wondering who this is, it’s Jamie Bowyer, creator of 8eye media. He had played Division I college basketball and now shoots videos of various players around the NBA.

NBA Fans Reacted To The Viral Clip

It should be of little surprise that the video went viral on Instagram. NBA fans couldn’t believe that he got them all right as they reacted to it.

One agreed with me on him deserving a bigger reward for that, “He deserves more than 20 for that.”

A fan thinks he knows all this as he is a gambling expert, “That’s a guy with 10+ years experience in gambling right there.”

One said these are the kind of people he doesn’t argue with, “People like him is who I don’t argue with about basketball.”

A fan thinks basketball is certainly his life, “He is the definition of ‘Ball is life.'”

One fan has no idea how anyone can get it right after the first five, “Wow the first 5 I can get, but I don’t know how you’re supposed to know the other ones lol.”

I really wonder how many he could have gotten right if the questions kept coming and didn’t stop at 20. Maybe asking about some former players might have made it more challenging, as these were way too easy for him.

Marion’s versatility as a defender and his rebounding prowess, despite being just 6’7”, impressed Gautam immensely. He admired Marion’s finishing ability at the rim and his shooting, despite an unconventional jump shot, believing that Marion’s skill set would have been even more appreciated in today’s NBA.This transformative experience not only deepened his love for basketball but also shaped his approach to sports writing, enabling him to connect with readers through vivid storytelling and insightful analysis.
