Giannis Antetokounmpo On Kevin Durant: “He’s One Of The Greatest Scorers To Ever Play The Game.”

Warriors Wire - USA Today

Giannis Antetokounmpo is the reigning 2x MVP and one of the best players in the game. There aren’t many in the world more qualified to talk ball than him.

Following Milwaukee’s 117-114 win over Brooklyn, the “Greek Freak” shocked the world with some words to say about former MVP Kevin Durant, calling him “one of the greatest scorers to ever play the game.”

When it comes to putting the ball through the net, there aren’t many others better at it than Durant, who is an 11x All-Star, 9x All-NBA player, 4x Scoring Champ, and 2x NBA Champion.

This season, he’s averaging 27.6 points, 6.7 rebounds, and 5.3 assists per game on 55.3% shooting.

There is no doubt that the dude is talented, and even Giannis isn’t willing to argue against that point.

The only question now is, can he win another ring? In Brooklyn, with Kyrie and James Harden, KD might be on his best team yet. The odds are certainly in his favor.

Of course, it will be easier said than done to win the title, and the Nets will need KD’s very best if they want to win.

Hopefully, he will answer the call, and we can see a faceoff in the playoffs between him and Giannis.
